Alimentary Health Ltd, the development stage specialty biotechnology company, announced today that it has entered into an exclusive research and development agreement with General Mills Inc
The Agreement focuses on the application of probiotic technologies in foods for human consumption. Under the terms of the agreement, Alimentary Health and General Mills will each contribute intellectual property and patented technologies to a research project funded by General Mills.
